Whoops, before we get to W.E. Sullivan’s, we need to make a few stops and announcements before the party.

Once again my friend, Chelsie Tamms created and designed a poster celebrating Amber’s birthday.

Since it was the twelfth annual celebration, Chesea drew and designed a fun and beautiful donut-themed poster! It turned out fabulous, as all her works of art do!

We have to get the birthday cake from Peoria’s oldest and most legendary bakery, Trefzger’s Bakery.

W.E. Sullivan’s Irish Pub & Fare

Here we are at W.E. Sullivan’s in Peoria Heights.

It’s bustling and crowded in here, but that’s okay, because…

We’ve got our very own private room in the back of the pub!

This is a nice spacious room with tables and a comfortable atmosphere for this year’s birthday party. We put up the birthday posters and party favors up in the front of the room.

And there’s the birthday girl herself, Amber with her husband Joe! They’re both looking fabulous and now it’s officially time to start this year’s Amber birthday party!

Jake was our server for the evening and he did a fantastic job!

The Guests

Here’s the birthday guests as they arrived for the party, from the top: Steve, Shaun, Jeremy and Kathryn, Jon, Michelle and Jake, Bebe and I forgot to take Steven and Loni’s photo when they came in, so here they are at their table.

We had some delicious food for the evening including: Warm Pretzel Bites with Beer Cheese, Margherita Flatbread and Chicken and Chips.

We also had the St. Louis Style Fried Ravioli, but it came a little later and I forgot to take a photo of it, but it and all of the food was fabulous!

Here’s everyone mingling and enjoying this year’s party.

Golden Ticket Time!

Everyone got a Golden Ticket which were good for such valuable prizes as a baggie of Q-Tips, a broken snow globe, an old business card, a Hitler dollar bill and a picture of Rick Halberg at WWCT from 1983!

People really win big at Amber’s birthday parties!

The Cake and a Dozen Donuts!

Trefzger’s did a fantastic job as always with this year’s birthday cake. We also had a dozen donuts to go along with this year’s birthday theme!

There’s Amber blowing out the candles! Happy birthday, Amber!

Everyone enjoyed the cake and donuts and W.E. Sullivan’s owner, Billy Blasek came back and said hello.

Always great to see Billy, he and his wife Lauren have done a great job with W.E. Sullivan’s and made it one of Peoria’s most memorable pubs!
