Chad Wallace recently texted me and suggested I try going to Ace Hardware for our weekly Friday Bites snack post and so, that’s exactly what I’m going to do!

When Chad Wallace says, “Jump,” I look at him and say, “What do you think you’re David Lee Roth or something? And for the love of sweet fuck, take off those chaps and put some pants on, I’m just about to heave over here!”

But when he says go to Ace Hardware and get some snacks, well good golly, miss Molly, that’s exactly what we’re going to do!

Here we are at Ace Hardware on Forrest Hill Avenue, let’s go in and see if their snack supply is as good as Chad Wallace says it is!

I went in and found the snack section quickly, but his woman is re-stocking it. I don’t want to go over and bother her and then have to explain why I’m taking photos, so we’ll leave her be and walk around for a few minutes and then return to a fully stocked snack section!

Suddenly…toilets! And toilet seats! It’s toilet time, in the city.

Is it me or is this bad product placement putting this item right next to the toilets?

Jesus fucking Christ, she’s still stocking the fucking snack section! How long does it take to hang a few snack bags on hooks? Sheesh!

While wandering around I ran into a gumball machine! Perfect for this Chad Wallace pick!

Holy screaming shitballs, she’s still hanging snack bags over here!

This better be one well-stocked snack area when we can finally get a photo of it!

Finally, she’s all done stocking the snack section, let’s go take a closer look.

After over 45 minutes of stocking, there’s still two open sections! Oh well, let’s get our snacks and get back to the MBIP World Headquarters…after all this time, I really have to take a wizz and have sex with my whoopee cushion!

Ace Hardware Snack Item Number One: Cinnamon Pecans

These cinnamon pecans looked like a nice tasty snack and so we’ll start off with them!

These were a tasty snack! I love it when I’m right!

They were crunchy and had a nice sweet and salty flavor. Okay on to snack number two!

Ace Hardware Snack Item Number Two: Korean BBQ Pork Rinds

I’ve never seen Korean BBQ Pork Rinds before, so of course we have to give these a try!

These were really tasty and delicious pork rinds!

They had a nice barbecue flavor and just right amount of spicy heat to them! So far the snacks from Ace Hardware have been top shelf!

Ace Hardware Snack Item Number Three: Krack Corn

Krack Corn…do you eat this snack or smoke it? I’m a little confused over here!

The tagline on the bag says, “The Ultimate Snacking Experience.”

That’s a pretty bold statement and now I’m expecting big things from Krack Corn and I’m hoping I don’t get hooked on this stuff, but let’s dig in and try it out!

It’s just caramel corn. It’s good, but hardly, “The Ultimate Snacking Experience.”

But I will say that this was a decent snacking experience and I never would’ve thought to go to Ace Hardware for a nice selection of snacks! Thanks to Chad Wallace for the excellent suggestion!

Now Chad is on the spot to find us more unusual snacking places! Time will tell if he comes through again!
