Here we are at this week’s featured restaurant and Saturday Night Host, The Fish House.
This is a legendary and iconic Peoria restaurant.
We’ll go in and head towards the lounge area in here.
Wow, the bar is packed, so we’ll get a table in the dining area in the lounge space…in fact, it looks like a couple of our friends are already here…
Check it out, our friends Amber and Joe have secured a table in here and invited us to join them, which we happily did.
Always great to spend a Saturday night with these two!
Gabe was our friendly server and here he is delivering us up our drinks for the evening.
Then we checked the menu and placed our dinner orders.
Before our dinner entrees arrived, we had some of the Fish House legendary dinner rolls.
I’ve dedicated an entire blog to these delicious and one-of-a-kind dinner rolls.
As you can see, there’s still standing-room only at the bar and the main dining room is filled up as well.
Nice to see them doing such great business in here!
Meanwhile, back at our table, our dinner orders have been delivered to our table.
We got a trio of appetizers for our dinner order including: The Crab Turnovers, Seared Tuna and the Crab Stuffed Mushroom Caps.
They look tantalizing and delicious, let’s dig in!
These were all so tasty and satisfying!
The Crab Puffs were rich and so tasty and the tuna and mushroom caps were delicious and wonderful as well.
What a delicious trio of delicious appetizers!
Paul came over from behind the bar to say hello and it was great to see him and we had a wonderful evening at The Fish House!
