I’ve been to Gil’s Supper Club numerous times, but I’ve never had dinner at their bar. And I’ve always eaten the chicken dinner.
Tonight, all that will change as I have dinner at the bar and I’ll try something other than chicken on the menu.
Let’s travel to Hanna City and start this Saturday night out there!

There were two bartenders on duty behind the bar this evening, Brandy and Matt.
Matt’s the son of the couple who bought this establishment back in 1986, Mike and Cindy Smith.
And speaking of Cindy, here she is posing with Brandy behind the bar. We last saw Cindy when we stopped in at their sister bar, The Warehouse last July. It was great to see her again!
I placed my dinner order and now we’ll take some photos while that’s being prepared.

Our Saturday night dinner is starting to arrive!
I got an appetizer order of onion rings to start off and they were a crispy treat and a fabulous start to tonight’s dinner!
For the main course I got the Ribeye Sandwich, which is called the best deal on the menu!
It looks fantastic plated on the Texas Toast and I added some A-1 Sauce to the sandwich and…
This was absolutely a wonderful dinner!
The steak was tender, juicy and flavorful and the Texas Toast complemented it perfectly! What a tasty meal!
And for dessert I had one of their crispy corn fritters, which was a sweet and tasty treat! What a wonderful meal at Gil’s Supper Club!
