Mt. Hawley Bowl has been standing tall in Pioneer Park since 1976. Not only is it a great bowling alley, they also have a bar in there and I thought it would be a nice place to stop at for our 40th night out on this 365 bar tour.
So let’s make like a bowling ball and roll on over to Mt. Hawley Bowl!

Bar Number 40: Mt. Hawley Bowl, Wednesday, February 18, 2026
Here we are at Mt. Hawley Bowl which also features the Kingpins Bar and the parking lot is pretty full here tonight. Something off to the right has caught my eye, let’s go over and take a look at…
The miniature golf course over here! They just opened it up for the season and it’s all lit up! Very cool!
Okay, let’s go in and start our 40th night of this 365 tour!
Lots of bowlers in here tonight, but we didn’t come here to bowl, we came here for the bar! Let’s go find it…
And here it is, Kingpins Bar! I love it when things work out like this! Let’s go inside and see what’s happening in here.
This is a nice bar and I see some seats down there at the end of it. Let’s go get settled in for the evening!
Trish was the pretty bartender on duty and here she is serving up a giganzo can of Budweiser! Did I mention how I love it when things work out like this? Oh, I did…well, good!
There’s the back of the bar and a shot from the end where I’m seated.
They have five beers on tap over here.
The wall opposite the bar is lined with six gaming machines.
There’s a row of tables lining the wall opposite the bar.
There’s a state-of-the-art dartboard in the back and here’s a shot of the entire bar from the entrance area.
Coors Light is served in here with your choice of coldness. You can get it “Cold” or “Super Cold.” I chose not to think about this too much as I was afraid my brain would explode.

The Drink
I had one can of Budweiser, but it was a giant 24 ounce can, so it was equal to two beers. It was cold, but not super cold.
