Live from Peoria, Illinois, it’s Saturday Night Take-Out starring Knuckles Pizza with special guests including two women in the beer patio, Jody, Nick and Josie.
Now please welcome, tonight’s take-out destination, Knuckles Pizza!
Here we are at Knuckles Pizza where we’re picking up this week’s Saturday Night dinner!
If you’re looking to get out and have a meal, you can eat outside on the beer patio here, plus the bar is open for cocktails and beer!
These two lovely ladies were enjoying a pizza and smiled for the MBIP Camera!
This sign pointed me in the direction of the carry-out door.
Check out the unplanned obligatory mirror image happening on the door, I love it when that happens!
Nice to see they’re practicing social distancing in here!
I got up to the counter and Nick and Jody greeted me and said my meal would be ready soon. They said I could wander around and take photos, so that’s exactly what I did!
I went back to the dining room and Jody said that they’re doing some remodeling in here while the inside dining room is closed.
Here’s the bar and when I took a picture of Jody and the beers on tap, I realized I hadn’t sat at a bar since the last MBIP road trip.
Jody took a picture of me at the bar, I can’t wait to do this for real, but it’s going to be a while I think!

As I took another shot of the bar, I looked closer and found that the Corona is contained and isolated in this cooler at Knuckles bar! Hallelujah!!

And through the miracle of the interwebs, here we are back at MBIP World Headquarters and Tasting Area. The first course for this meal is a giganzo can of Bud Light!
For the next course I got an order of their baked meatballs.
These were savory and spicy and so delicious! A wonderful start to this Saturday meal!
Now it’s on to the main course, a Knuckles Pizza and as you can see, they’re keeping it real!
The pizza looks and smells absolutely fabulous. I added some seasonings and now it’s time to dig in and enjoy this heavenly looking pizza pie!
I got a cheese pizza and it was so delicious! Knuckles pizza is Quad City style and Knuckles is the only pizza place in Peoria offering this unique style of pizza.
The crust is thick, but not deep dish thick and the sauce is tasty and zesty! It’s a lovely cheese pizza just for me and I loved it!
