Here we go with our fifth week of sampling tacos while trying to get through these pandemic times.
Today’s destination is a place I’ve never been to before, Good Tequila’s out in The Shoppes @ Grand Prairie.
And here we are at Good Tequila’s.

Okay, let’s go in and start this week’s pandemic taco adventure!
There’s the bar and booths that line the wall opposite of it and check out the big gumball machine! I’m having a Northwoods Mall flashback now!
There’s comfortable wooden booths in the front room here.
Wow, check out the lit up ceiling in the main dining room! Pretty cool!
There’s booths and Mexican art on the walls back here as well.

Alejandro delivered our meal and posed for a photo up by the cash register.
He had a Black Lives Matter mask on which i can respect.
Okay, now we’re back at MBIP World Headquarters Kitchen and Tasting Area.
We’ll start off with some complimentary homemade tortilla chips. They were crispy and delicious!
I started off with the Viva Mexico Platter which is grilled chicken, fried rice in a rich cheese sauce. This was so delicious!
The chicken was juicy and tasty and the rice was just a little spicy and the cheese sauce made it all so rich and creamy! This was such a delicious start to our taco dinner!
Speaking of our taco dinner, here it is! I got a trio of street tacos this week, this plate features clockwise from left: Choriza al Pastor, Carne Azada and the Grilled chicken tacos which are topped with onions and cilantro.
I added the house made sauce that accompanied the meal and got ready to dive in to this week’s trio of tacos!
These were so delicous, it’s hard to say which one was my favorite…
But if you put a gun to my head it would be the Carne Azada which is a grilled steak taco. It was so satisfying and delicious, but the whole meal was!
Stop by and sample these tacos when you can and please eat and shop local in these horrible pandemic times. These places need your now more than ever!
