Emack & Bolio’s may seem like an odd place to go get a pizza, but as I learned way back in December of 2014, they have a delicious ice cream pizza and I was lucky enough to meet a friend at the Peoria Heights location and have a beer for dessert.

Here we are at Emack & Bolio’s in Peoria Heights. This place has become Peoria’s hot spot for ice cream!
Morgan and Tim Hennessey were working behind the counter this day and there’s Tim showing the box for the ice cream pizza.

I met my friend Liz there, who was in town for the holidays! It was great to see her. I feel bad we’ve lost contact and will try to get a hold of her soon!

This was such a sweet and unique ice cream pizza pie! You should definitely stop by and try this ice cream pizza out.
There’s nothing else like it in Peoria and it’s a sweet, rich and creamy treat!
For dessert we snuck in beers, you won’t be able to do this though. Sorry!
