Rhodell Brewery has been brewing up local beer since 1998 in downtown Peoria and I thought that would be a fun spot for tonight’s 61st bar destination.
And so it’s off to downtown Peoria we go!

Here we are in downtown Peoria. This is the building that formerly housed the Murrays Store where I worked for a little over a year in 1980.
It now houses the Rhodell Brewery and let’s go inside and see what’s happening in here tonight.
I went up to the beer and the friendly bartender, Jacob helped me choose a beer from the many selections. It was delicious and Jacob’s a nice guy. We had a nice conversation at the bar.
Here’s the bar from both sides now!
There’s the beers on tap that are brewed on the premises.
A menu hangs in the middle of the bar to peruse and choose your flavor.
You can also get mixed drinks in here and there’s growlers to go.
Here’s the brewery area just opposite the bar. It’s very shiny!
There’s tables up front and a beer patio outside, but it’s still a little chilly out here, so we’ll go back inside.
There’s more tables and chairs over in this room along with a pool table.
There’s a large communal table and a little lounge area with a couch and pillows over here.
They have Rhodell mugs, glasses and t-shirts over here if you’d like a souvenir from the bar.
