There’s a little store on University across from Agatucci’s that I’ve often looked at, but I’ve never gone in.
All of that changes today as we will go there and get our weekly snacking supplies. Off we go into the wild snack yonder!
Here we are at The Food Mart & Discount Tobacco Store on University, just across from Agatucci’s. Let’s go in and check out their snacking inventory.
Lot’s of snack offerings in here and it cracks me up that they sell sleeves of Saltine crackers and Ritz crackers. Not sure about the legality of that, but who am I to judge?

Okay, we’re back at the MBIP World Headquarters Snacking Area and there’s this week’s trio of snacks. Let the snacking begin!

Snack Number One: Sweet Chaos Jalapeno Blue Cheese Popcorn
The first snack we’re trying out is Sweet Chaos Jalapeno Blue Cheese Popcorn.
The tagline under the Sweet Chaos logo is, “Delightfully Disruptive.” Kind of a strange way to describe a food item and for some reason the word “diarrhea” popped into my head.
Let’s just keep moving along here, folks!
I was intrigued by a blue cheese and jalapeno popcorn flavor, but I don’t really taste either of those flavors while eating this popcorn. All I taste is salt and lots of it! This is probably the saltiest snack I’ve ever had. And I keep thinking about my bowels being disrupted while eating it, so let’s just move on to snack number two!

Snack Number Two: Rap Snacks Master P Bar-B-Quin With My Honey Potato chips
This is a line of snacks that are named after rap artists and these chips are named after Master P. I’ve never heard of Master P, but his rap name makes me wonder if he’s the lord of urine?
Okay, let’s try these chips.
These are really delicious potato chips!
They have a nice light barbecue flavor and a subtle touch of honey. The chips are light and crispy and I love the sweet and salty flavor. These are tasty chips but I wish I could stop thinking about urine!

Snack Number Three: Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake
As I noted in yesterday’s post, Xmas is less than seven weeks away and Little Debbie has their Christmas treats out.
I’ve never had a Little Debbie Christmas snack and so I thought we’d start off with a Little Debbie Christmas Tree.
I didn’t have high hopes for this snack and was pleasantly surprised when I bit into it, this thing was quite a sweet treat!
The icing was sweet and the cake was fluffy and bakery fresh and there was a big layer of sweet whipped cream in the center. This was really a sweet and tasty treat and the perfect way to end up this week’s snacking session!
But of course, we know from a previous Friday Bites snack post, when it comes to Little Debbie, we have to add the final word on Little Debbie Snack Cakes.
