I’ve had Triple Dipple’s cheesecake, but it’s always been at an event where they’ve been parked with their Cheesecake Caboose.
The actual shop is located in Chillicothe and I’ve always planned on making a stop in there and check out their brick and mortar location. Well, I saw last week that they’re celebrating their seventh birthday, so I figured I’d stop by and take some pictures and put up a blog post as my birthday present.
And we’ll have some cheesecake to celebrate. Suhweeeet!
Here we are at Triple Dipple’s in Chillicothe, Illinois, just a short drive from Peoria. Let’s go inside and take a look around.
This is a nice space in here. The woman working in here was a little camera shy and didn’t want her picture taken, which is fine.
I’ve met the owner, Harreld Webster, Jr. before, but he was out on business this day, so…
I’ll post a picture I took of him last year at a winter event. Harreld and his family started this business seven years ago and I’m happy it’s doing well!

This is the menu which features different sizes of homemade cheesecakes and they’ve also got cookies, coffee and soda for sale in here.
The cookies are housed in this display over here. They look sweet and delicious!
A few years back they won the prestigious “Best Dessert” award at The Taste of Peoria and there’s a picture of it in the display and one of Harreld holding the prize when they won it.
I love this sign over here! So true!
There’s nice seating in here to relax and enjoy your sweet treats comfortably.

This cheesecake is so rich, sweet and creamy!
The nuts, caramel and chocolate sauce add extra levels of sweetness and consistency and if you’ve never experienced Triple Dipple’s cheesecake, you need to get over here and try it right now!
