Okay, once again, I’m taking a day off once a week to work on a book about my life of writing which I’m hoping to come out with next spring. Right now I’m working on the introduction and chapter outlines and will post a few snippets from that in the next week or two.
In the meantime, here’s a cover I worked up. I’ll probably completely change it or have someone else design it for me, but for now, this is the working cover! I just wanted to have something for now!
I’m still reading this book and should finish it up by this weekend. I’m on page 229 and this is quite a memoir! Spoiler alerts ahead, so don’t read any further if you don’t want to know what’s happening in the book where I’m at.
Right now, Jeanette has finished starring in two shows that spanned ten years on Nickelodeon that brought her fame and she became a child star and ended up hating the whole process.
At this point she’s 22-years-old, her hyper-controlling mom has died, she’s consumed with bulimia, alcohol and self-hatred and is just starting to film a new TV show, that will possibly air on Netflix.
Her life is a complete mess and I can’t wait to read how she turned it around! I’ll be back with a new book next week!
And now, it’s off to the writing table…oh wait, I’m already here…never mind! See you all tomorrow.
