Now please welcome, directly from Dunlap, Illinois, this week’s host, Knuckles Pizza & Sports Bar!
Here we are at Knuckles Pizza & Sports Bar in Dunlap, Illinois.
This is quite a unique building and I love the clock tower and the neon signs in the windows.
There’s a nice patio area for outside dining, but let’s go inside and start this week’s Saturday night out on the town.
There’s the front dining room and I think I see some familiar faces at the table over there…
It’s my friends, Amber and Joe, looking fabulous as always!
Always a treat to have them as the special Saturday night guest stars!
Nick and John came over to take our drink and dinner orders and they were super nice and friendly!
Wonderful service in here!
There’s the bar over at the front of the dining room and they have eleven beers on tap.
Check out the John Lennon photos on the wall and they also have framed guitars surrounding the state of the art dartboard over there.
And there’s a nice gaming area over in this corner for all of you gamblers out there.
There’s another dining room over here and there’s the front counter for picking up your pizza to go with chairs in the waiting area over here.
And speaking of pizza…
Here’s some being made fresh over here in the kitchen area!
Meanwhile, back at our table, Amber and Joe are watching the hockey game that I know nothing about on the big screen TV…
And then suddenly, like magic our Saturday night dinner starts to appear!
We started off with their signature appetizer order of garlic knots which come with a marinara and a cheese sauce.
This was a delicious start to our Saturday night dinner.
And here’s the star of of the show, our Saturday night pizza pie!
This is the unique Qusd Cities Style pizza that is available at Knuckles pizza and we got a half Hawaiian and a half pepperoni pizza.
It looks absolutely delicious, let’s dig in to this fabulous looking pizza pie!
The pizza here is so unique and tasty! This is the only place in Peoria for this Quad Cities style of pizza and if you’ve never had it, you should definitely stop by and check it out!
