Sunday Links: Revolver - Plus: The MBIP Coming Attractions!

by MBIP

All of The Beatles albums are classic albums, but I have a personal sacred and beloved trilogy of their thirty three and a third releases. And they are, Rubber Soul, Revolver and Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Heart’s Club Band.

Today I want to honor the album, Revolver, which came out in the summer of 1966 and it marked a distinctive shift for the Fabulous Four.

Below are six online articles proving this point and a video from a press conference featuring The Beatles after the album came out.

Thursday: I had a super-fun lunch with my friends, Michelle, P.J. and John at Mike’s Tavern last week and I’ll be posting luncheon photos this Thursday.

Friday: I’ll be grilling something up this week for the new Please Grill Me series and I need to figure that out!

Saturday: We’ll be looking back in Peoria’s past for another Meanwhile, Back In Peoria’s Past segment.
