Well, commenter, John M. Instructed us to go to Popeyes last week, and I actually did enjoy their spicy chicken sandwich a couple years ago, so let’s take his advice and head on over to Popeyes.

Popeyes - The Drive-Through
Here we go though the drive-through at the Popeye’s on Glen Avenue.
There’s one car ahead of us and after they pulled away we ordered this week’s chicken sandwiches.

Popeyes CHICKEN SANDWICHES
There’s this week’s chicken sandwiches all wrapped up and ready to be reviewed!
First up is their classic crispy chicken sandwich. This is the sandwich that started off the chicken sandwich wars a couple of years ago.
It looks like Olive Oyl jerked off Popeye and cleaned up the handjob mess with this sandwich.
As I looked underneath the sandwich, I see that they forgot the pickles, which is kind of upsetting. I’m not a big pickles guy, but I’m kind of pissed that our sandwich is incomplete.
And now I’m thinking about Pickles from the Dick Van Dyke Show. She was Buddy’s wife. I’ll kind of be obsessed over this all day.
Finally we have a decent chicken sandwich on this clucked up tour!
It’s crispy on the outside and juicy and flavorful as you bite into it. It’s got a nice seasoned flavor to it and this is one tasty and satisfying chicken sandwich!
And the bun is buttered and bakery fresh. This is a fantastic chicken sandwich!
I sampled the Spicy Classic Chicken Sandwich a couple of years ago and I really liked it back then. It looks just as tasty now!
This looks like the same chicken diarrhea sauce that we had last week at KFC.
Unlike KFC, this sauce has a nice taste as well as spicy heat and as I noted earlier with the other sandwich, the bun is buttered, toasty and bakery fresh.
This is a fantastic and delicious chicken sandwich!

Finally I have two sandwiches I can recommend and they are the two Popeyes sandwiches we had today. They make the top of the chicken chart and the McDonald’s McChicken remains at the bottom.
