I have a big announcement to make, the MBIP World Headquarters is changing locations! I’m moving to a new space and I’ll officially be in the new World Headquarters in May. I’m moving all through April, so I’m kind of dedicating Thursdays to taking boxes over to the new place.

I started reviewing frozen pizzas on my Twitter account on Sundays and I thought I’d start putting those up on Thursdays until the move is all done and I can go back to a more interactive post.

I had a suggestion from a facecrack friend about trying a certain brand of frozen pizza. Check out the comment below.

Okay, Jill, I’m going to take your suggestion and as I replied back in my usual smart-ass fashion, if it sucks, this is all your fault!

Let’s go to Schnuck’s and pick up this week’s frozen pizza pie!

And through the magic of these here interwebs, here we are back in the MBIP World Headquarters Kitchen and Tasting Area with the aforementioned Schnuck’s St. Louis Style Bacon Pizza.

I’ve never had a frozen pizza with bacon as the only topping, so I’m anxious to try this.

I also didn’t know that St. Louis has their own style of pizza, but they do, you can read about it here.

Here it is in all it’s frozen glory. it’s topped with five different cheese selections and bacon. It sounds promising!

Okay, it’s going to cook in a pre-heated 450 degree oven for about ten minutes. Let’s put it in the oven and then wait for ten minutes.

Hey, if you have to wait for ten minutes, nothing like watching funny dancing cats while you’re waiting. Hoo hah!

Ten minutes later, here’s the pizza, hot out of the oven.

I’ve added hot sauce and black pepper and sliced it up. Now we’ll let it cool for a few minutes and while it’s cooling…

Let’s watch Jimmy Kimmel make a pizza and ridicule Jimmy Fallon in this Late Night Wars edition of the Jiimmy Kimmel Show.

Okay, Jill Cooper was right, this pizza is really tasty!

The four cheeses blend together well, the sauce is tangy and zippy and the bacon adds a nice savory flavor. The crust was cracker thin, just the way I like it!

Thanks so much for the great suggestion, Jill! I’m glad it didn’t suck and I didn’t have to blame and ridicule you! You are a frozen pizza aficionado!

7. rating_4-1-21.jpg

The official MBIP Frozen Pizza Rating for the Schnuck’s St. Louis Style Pizza: 7.9.

A very good rating for a very tasty frozen pizza!

This concludes this week’s frozen pizza review. Okay, I have to start packing, I’ll see you all tomorrow.
