Tomorrow is New Year’s Eve. I’m going out in the afternoon and then taking an Uber home early in the evening before the madness starts. There’s a new Mexican restaurant housed in the space that was once Pepe Taco and more recently it was Los Jimadores. It’s now under new ownership and the name is Casa Amigos. I went and tried it out last night and had a delicious Mexican dinner. You can see photos of the restaurant and my Saturday night dinner tomorrow.
Speaking of tomorrow, it’s New Year’s Eve on Monday and I’m going to a yearly afternoon get-together with friends and you can see pictures of that on Tuesday, the first MBIP post of 2019!

Thursday I’m starting yet another new weekly series and this is going to be random photos of Peoria at night time. I’m calling it, “Peoria After Dark,” and we’ll see how long that lasts before I decide to do something different!
