Tenderloins are something that’s really unique to the Midwest. You won’t find them on the East or West coast and most people in those parts of the country have never heard of or eaten a breaded tenderloin sandwich. Well, there’s plenty of spots around here to sample tenderloin sandwiches and on September 10th, 2013, I started off on a twenty week tour of eating tenderloins.
