Last week I completed my twenty week tenderloin tour at Pottsie’s in Ipava, Illinois. It went by so fast, time flies when you’re stuffing yourself with breaded pork tenderloins! I have a new food challenge that I’m starting next week and you can read all about that in next Tuesday’s post. If you’re a follower on facecrack, you probably already know what that’s all about. But till then, I wanted to wrap up the tenderloin tour by posting a picture of every breaded pork tenderloin consumed on the tour and then naming what was my personal favorite of the twenty week tour.
