Tonight's cheeseburger stop is Ulrich's Rebellion Room, which is only a couple minutes drive from where I work, so it's a handy-dandy destination!
Wow, check out the fancy door here, let's go in and see what's happening in here.
It's nice in here, love the dark wooden bar. Let's grab a chair and have a seat.
Friendly bartender, Neil happily serves up a beer and a smile.
Here's the view from my perch at the bar. I just ordered the cheeseburger, so let's take a little tour of this place.
Colored chandelier-like lamps hang overhead the bar and underneath a white tin ceiling, illuminating the bar.

In addition to a large selection of draft beers, there's a big variety of bottled beers here as well. They're housed in these refrigerated cupboards behind the bar. I, however, remain loyal to my trusty bottles of Budweiser.

Behind the booths towards the back of the bar are two more large wooden tables separated by a Notre Dame Mirror on the wall.

That's my burger cooking on the grill at the back of the bar, it looks like it's about done, so let's go back to our seat.

Here we go, Neil serves up this week's cheeseburger!
Wow, this is a leaning tower of a burger! I got the Hickory Burger, which is a half pound burger with cheddar cheese, thick slabs of bacon and topped off with onion rings and their own housemade bbq hickory sauce.
This burger is so big, it was tough to get this one-handed shot! This is one delicious burger!
I had a beer for dessert, took a glance out the door and then...

My Meal
I got the Hickory burger, which is melted cheddar cheese, home cut strips of thick, sugary-cured house-cooked bacon, savory beef, two giant onion rings and special hickory sauce drizzled down this mountain of a burger. And it’s topped off with a bakery fresh bun which takes it over the top for me. This is one of Peoria’s best burgers as far as I can tell, you find a better burger, you tell me and I’ll check it out.
Other items here include a Prime Rib Sandwich, four other styles of cheeseburgers, pizza, cheese fries and all your other standard pub grub, but take it from me, order the Hickory Burger and that’s all you need.
