Okay, here’s the deal, there’s supposed to be a bad ice storm hitting Peoria tonight. As you can see, my car has already been hit. Right now the streets aren’t too bad, but I’m not going to take a chance and drive somewhere, have a few beers and a cheeseburger only to discover that the streets are a skating rink when I leave.
The streets aren’t too bad yet, but I think in an hour or so it could get dicey out here.
So I came home and the solution to tonight’s Saturday Night Cheeseburger is in my freezer.
There it is...
A frozen box of White Castle sliders. I bought them a couple weeks ago and thought I’d have them on hand when and if a Saturday Night Cheeseburger got derailed somehow. Just like a Boy Scout, I’m always prepared!
Into the microwave they go!

And here they aren’t. These things always taste great going down and then you feel kind of sick about three minutes later. Okay, this wasn’t the most exciting SNC I’ve ever done and so to make up for it, I thought I’d put up some pictures of SNC from the 365 Bar Crawl and post a link to that particular night. Kind of like summer reruns in the winter! Alright, lights, camera...cheeseburger!
