The Twisted Spoke Saloon in Pekin, recently had a grand re-opening and I think we should go and check this re-opened place out.

And so it’s off to Pekin we go!

Bar Number 124: Twisted Spoke Saloon. Tuesday, May 19, 2026

Here we are at the newly-reopened, Twisted Spoke Saloon on Derby Street in Pekin.

I love the logo on the front of the building. Let’s go in and see what’s happening in here.

Wow, it’s nice in here and I love all the neon over the impressive bar in here!

Let’s grab a seat and get settled in for the evening!

Seconds after I sit down, the pretty and friendly bartender on duty, Alysia serves me up a Keystone Light tallboy.

Alysia is the manager here and she said that things have been going great since they re-opened a few weeks ago. That’s great to hear!

There’s the back of the bar and Alysia took a shot of the beers on tap and above them are the diffrent canned beers available in here. That’s a nice selection!

They have a full menu in here and there’s a dining area opposite the bar to sit and enjoy food and drinks at.

The bar in here is huge, here’s a shot from the back of it.

There’s more seats at these two bars over to the right of the main bar.

There’s a dart board on the wall directly behind these two bars.

Gaming machines line the back wall if you’re in a gambling mood.

Here’s the stage where the live music happens in here.

Alysia told me to check out the beer patio behind this door, so of course I did!

This is a great space and I could spend hours reading all of the graffiti on the walls back here!

They did a great job of re-opening the Twisted Spoke Saloon in Pekin! Stop out and have a drink and a bite to eat and help support this re-opened saloon!
