This week I thought we’d try three classic snack crackers and try them plain and then topped with Easy (Sleazy) Cheese.

Schnucks on University! Our frequent stop for buying snacks, let’s go in and get this week’s snacking supplies.

Here we are at aisle number 8, the cracker snack aisle. We’ll make our choices and return back to the MBIP World Headquarters for some serious snacking!

The three classic snack crackers I chose are Wheat Thins, Cheeez-It and Chicken In A Biskit. Plus there’s the can of Easy Cheese, which I always called, “Sleazy” Cheese.

Classic Snack Cracker One: Chicken In A Biskit

Chicken In A Biskit is a classic snack cracker that I loved as a kid. But when I looked closer at the box I discovered I accidentally chose the Ranch flavored Chicken In A Biskit snack crackers!

I’m not a Ranch fan and it made me think of my friend, Terry Grawey who’s a well-known ranch dressing enthusiast. I mentioned this in a MBIP post from the past and went to Google to try and find that post and look what happened…

I typed in the words, “terry grawey ranch” and the first item that popped up was the MBIP post about Terry being a ranch dressing enthusiast! That really cracked me up! Thanks, Google! Okay, on with this post!

I haven’t snacked on these crackers in years. Luckily they didn’t have much ranch flavor but unluckily they didn’t have much flavor at all. They tasted like a salty cracker and that’s about it.

Let’s add some Sleazy Cheese and see if that helps.

It added a little creaminess to the texture, but that’s about all. The cheese doesn’t have much flavor either. Let’s just keep moving along here.

Classic Snack Cracker Two: Wheat Thins

Next up are the original Wheat Thins snack cracker. This cracker has been around as long as I can remember!

These don’t have a lot of flavor either. Maybe there’s something wrong with my tastebuds!

I added some Sleazy Cheese to these and it was kind of the same experience as the Chicken In A Biskit cracker, it added some different texture, but not much flavor. On to number three!
