Our year of eating fried chicken in and around Peoria has almost come to an end. We thought we’d have one last wrap-up dinner at the MBIP World Headquarters with a tasty fried chicken dinner from Rick’s Crispy Chicken.

They have a drive-through, but I phoned the order in, so we’ll pick it up at the window and then, just like magic…

We got the 16 piece chicken dinner with mashed potatoes, gravy, cole slaw, biscuits, corn fritters and chicken wings.

We’’re not rating this last dinner of the tour, but I highly recommend it. The fried chicken and all of the side dishes were tasty and wonderfully prepared.
